Whats2Wants is an artificial intelligence system based on WhatsApp that facilitates interaction between customers and restaurants through a virtual robot waiter. Our service allows you to place orders, obtain recommendations and manage customer requests in an automated way, improving waiting times for the consumer.

3. Restaurant Responsibility

Whats2Wants acts as an intermediary between the customer and the restaurant, facilitating communication and order management. However, the preparation, quality and presentation of the food are the exclusive responsibility of the establishment. Any complaints related to the quality, temperature, portions or ingredients of the dishes must be addressed directly to the restaurant.
