3. RESTAURANT RESPONSIBILITY

Whats2Wants acts as an intermediary between the customer and the restaurant, facilitating communication and order management. However, the preparation, quality and presentation of the food are the exclusive responsibility of the establishment.

Any claim related to the quality, temperature, portions or ingredients of the dishes must be addressed directly to the restaurant. ​

4. AGE CONTROL AND CONSUMPTION OF REGULATED PRODUCTS

​ The restaurant is solely responsible for verifying the age of customers before serving products restricted to minors under 18 years of age, such as alcoholic beverages or tobacco.

Whats2Wants assumes no responsibility for the sale or delivery of restricted products to minors.

5. USE OF PLATFORM

The user agrees to use Whats2Wants responsibly and to provide truthful information when placing orders.

The use of the platform for fraudulent, illegal or service-damaging activities is not permitted. ​

6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

​ Whats2Wants is not responsible for errors in orders caused by communication failures, errors in product selection or problems arising from the use of WhatsApp.

​ We do not guarantee availability of the service at all times, since its operation depends on external factors such as internet connection and WhatsApp operation.
